Attiya Awadallah, LCAT, ATR-BC, is a licensed psychotherapist, board-certified art therapist, and founder of Lenora: Art Therapy and Counseling. For more than 10 years, she has used creativity, experiential practices, and evidence-based mental health approaches to help people better understand themselves, connect with others, manage stress, and engage with their emotional well-being in meaningful and accessible ways.

Attiya has experience developing and facilitating art therapy groups, workshops, and experiential programming in both virtual and in-person settings across inpatient, outpatient, addiction treatment, community mental health, and private practice environments. Her workshops combine psychological insight with hands-on creative experiences, giving participants opportunities to reflect, connect, learn, and leave with practical tools they can continue using beyond the event.
