I'm a licensed and board-certified creative arts therapist (LCAT, ATR-BC, LPAT) with advanced training in EMDR and somatic techniques. I’ve worked in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings before starting my private practice, where I focus on supporting young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
