What happens in a session?
Bring your notebook, sketchbook and drawing materials to our virtual session, and use them to illustrate or write your thoughts and feelings. Choose whether to use drawing supplies, paint, writing, or a drawing app on an tablet. ​
Art Therapy sessions provide a space to manage emotions, explore coping tools and step outside of your comfort zone without judgment. Your artwork and writings can serve as a visual representation of your growth and progress. Our sessions are designed to help you leverage the power of creativity to improve your emotional well-being and achieve personal growth.
